$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install liblinear-dbg 

liblinear-dbg is installed in your system.

Make ensure the liblinear-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblinear-dbg *

You will get with liblinear-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table

liblinear-dbg package basic information:
